Yokai Chaos

Inspired by Japanese mythology, you must keep the creatures from escaping the haunted mansion! Use your environment to help you keep those runaways from reaching the bottom of the screen! Explore the mansion and discover what is making the yokai restless.

The idea for the game started as a shoot-em-up where you could interact with your environment, and this is what it became! While you can simply shoot at the enemies, you can also use things like lanturns and place bombs to help fend them off!

Full Game Will Include:

-More Yokai types.

-More objects to interact with.

-A full (and slightly random) mansion to explore consisting of 13 levels!

-More boss fights.

-Earn powerups.

-A ghostly story to unravel about why the Yokai are restless, and where they came from.

The game is currently in development, but a playable demo is available. Comments are very helpful!
